About

Nichole Schultz

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who takes an integrative, mind–body, and relational approach to therapy. My work is informed by over a decade of experience in health and wellness, supporting individuals through behavior change, stress regulation, identity development, and sustainable lifestyle shifts. This background shapes how I understand emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and the connection between the body, mind, and relationships.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Psychology. I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, graduating summa cum laude.

Meaningful change can occur when people feel safe, understood, and supported in exploring their inner world and their relationships. My work is centered on helping individuals and couples slow down, gain clarity around unhelpful patterns, and build healthier, more connected ways of relating to themselves and others.

I use a collaborative, relationship-focused approach grounded in evidence-based models, including the Gottman Method, Imago Relationship Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Oriented Therapy. Together, we explore emotional experiences, communication patterns, and the stories that shape how you show up in your relationships, while also developing practical tools you can use in everyday life.

My style is warm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a space that feels calm and grounded, where you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or a desire for deeper connection, therapy can be a place to gain insight, strengthen emotional awareness, and move forward with intention.
